Owner & CEO

Dionne Burkett is a visionary marketing and experiential strategist driven by a passion for crafting unforgettable experiences and developing impactful campaigns that connect. She founded Zoe Media Group to help brands and organizations achieve their goals through culture-led strategy, creative storytelling, and best-in-class execution—online, on-site, and on stage.

With a deep understanding of the evolving marketing landscape and a keen eye for detail, Dionne leads a team that delivers across brand marketing, creative development, digital media, and full-scale event management. Her expertise also includes strategic partnerships and sponsorships—helping clients identify aligned opportunities, structure strong collaborations, and execute activations that deliver measurable results.

Zoe Media Group’s work extends beyond planning into live entertainment and production, including talent booking, show production, and entertainment programming. From curating performers and coordinating logistics to managing run-of-show and on-site execution, Dionne ensures every experience is polished, purposeful, and audience-ready.

Under the Zoe Media Group umbrella, Dionne founded CultureDM™, the strategic partnerships and sponsorship arm that bridges brands with festivals, concerts, artists, HBCUs, and multicultural platforms shaping what’s next, and Live From The Lobby, an experiential entertainment concept that brings curated programming and culture-forward activations to unique spaces.

Sekou Murray 

COO of Media Operations

I lead all post-production creative direction and visual narratives for client projects, ensuring compelling and impactful storytelling throughout every stage.

In addition to my agency work, I execute the roles of A&R executive, audio monetization specialist, and digital rights expert within the music industry.

 

My deep understanding of digital music distribution and the digital supply chain has allowed me to help and educate independent labels owning and monitizing their digital IP for music and other audio/visual assets.
